When you look around and see all that God has created, how can you not be intrigued or filled with a desire to see and experience more. Every city, territory, state, country and continent is completely different from the next. Culture, language, food, and landscape immerse the senses in a way that a mind does not easily forget.
Small town life is perfect for my everyday; tucked away in rural north Georgia. After a journey, seeing the mountains welcome me home gives me a sense of place.
Going away gives me a sense of purpose. To truly understand life… to truly feel deeply… to truly fulfill my purpose… I must go. The rest of the world does not live life the way I do. Other lands and people are wonderfully unique and beautifully created.
Every new experience leads to wanting more. The mind and the eye can consume so much without becoming full. I want to taste and see and listen; indulge in new cultures that have so much to teach and offer.
